Responsibilities

  • Prepares and manages the county’s annual financial report.
  • Setting the audit schedule and internal audit procedures
  • Maintainance the Board of County Commissioners payroll and reconciliation of payroll with the State of Florida
  • Payment and verification of invoices presented to the County for payment
  • Reconciliation of all cash funds with financial institutions
  • Maintenance of the general ledger system.
  • Monitoring the acquisition and disposal of all assets to be in compliance with the Board approved fixed asset policy.
